We’ve embarked on a massive scale (for us) laser cutting session over the past few days as we turn our recent delivery of 50 sheets of plywood and MDF into servo mounts, temporary mimic panels and mimic panel enclosures.
We’re still waiting (on backorder) for 4mm laser ply to complete a backlog of larger mimic panel enclosures.
It takes 1 hour 20 minutes to process a single sheet into servo mounts so that’s a lot of back and forth to the laser cutter. Remote monitoring cameras are a real productivity boost.
