Where the Classic range addressed each device by its board ID, System2 lets you configure every individual input and output independently — so one board can do several jobs at once.
2,000 DCC addresses, not 12
The Classic DCC Module provides 12 DCC accessory addresses unless it’s paired with a MultiPanel Processor. The System2 DCC Decoder forwards every DCC accessory address onto its own vPort — a 2,000‑address range.
A network that grows with you
The MiniPanel offered no network expansion. The System2 Mini Panel Controller connects to all System2 devices and cooperates with 8‑ and 16‑channel Panel Controllers.
