Our email provider is having issues with their network. This means we can’t send or receive emails since 03:18 this morning.
Orders placed before 14:00 today will ship as normal, however you’ll likely not receive the usual order acknowledgement and shipped confirmation until the problem is fixed over the weekend.
We don’t rely on email for order processing so orders are not affected.
Any emails sent to us after 03:18 this morning have not been delivered and we expect these to arrive over the next 48 hours.
Please understand this issue is entirely beyond our control.
