Where we ship: we deliver across the UK and internationally.
Cost: delivery is calculated automatically at checkout from the weight and size of your order, using Royal Mail and (for some destinations) courier services. You will see the exact cost before you pay.
Collection: local collection can be arranged free of charge — choose it at checkout if available.
Dispatch: we aim to dispatch promptly; many items are made to order, so please allow a little time. We will be in touch if anything will take longer.
Tracking: tracked services provide a tracking number once your order is on its way.
International orders: any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
