Right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Before you return anything
Please contact us at info@megapointscontrollers.com to obtain a returns number — it helps us process your return quickly, and items sent without one may not be accepted.
Condition
Returned goods should be unused and in their original condition and packaging where possible. For cancellations, you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we will repair, replace or refund it and cover return postage. Please tell us within a reasonable time.
Board upgrades & repairs
When returning a board for upgrade or repair, include only the board (no cables etc.) and quote your order date or number.
Refunds
We refund to your original payment method once we have received and checked the returned goods, normally within 14 days.
